Job Description

Eticas AI automates AI audits to ensure fairness eliminate bias and promote ethical AI practices. Our flagship product ITACA enables organizations to audit their AI systems for compliance with ethical standards. As we expand into the US and European markets we are seeking a parttime Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales efforts and secure key clients in these regions.

What will your role look like

As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy aimed at expanding our presence in the US and European markets. Your primary mission will be to drive market entry secure pilot projects and convert those into longterm clients for ITACA our AI audit solution. This role is parttime and will require approximately 10 hours per week giving you flexibility while playing a crucial role in our growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Market Entry & Expansion: Develop and implement a gotomarket strategy for the US and European markets identifying industries and companies in need of AI auditing solutions.
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify engage and secure new clients particularly in sectors like IT finance healthcare and technology.
  • Pilot Program Leadership: Lead efforts to secure pilot projects with key clients demonstrating ITACAs value and converting pilots into longterm partnerships.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focusing on highpotential clients in need of automated bias auditing solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior decisionmakers clearly communicating the value of ITACA and its impact on AI ethics.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Eticas AIs goals for client acquisition revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with the executive team to ensure alignment between sales strategies business objectives and market trends.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales metrics market opportunities and client feedback to support business decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Requirements

What will make you succeed with us

  • Proven experience as a Chief Sales Officer VP of Sales or similar sales leadership role in the IT industry particularly in AI SaaS or machine learning.
  • A strong network of contacts in industries deploying AI such as finance healthcare and technology.
  • Expertise in AI and machine learning with a focus on ethical AI auditing bias detection and compliance.
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and market expansion particularly in the US and Europe.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced earlystage startup environment.

Must-haves Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Completed or in-progress degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Strong alignment with the organization's mission and values, demonstrating a commitment to our goals and vision.
