Job Description
Were searching for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and inspire our design team. Youll play a crucial role in crafting impactful visual solutions across various mediums from digital marketing materials to print collateral. This role is ideal for a passionate and strategic designer who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Pay Scale
Our budget for this senior role is INR 40000 INR 50000 per month (commensurate with performance).
Location
This is a fulltime onsite position at our Churchgate Mumbai office.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution ensuring highquality visual assets for marketing materials (digital & print) social media graphics and more
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (marketing product etc. ) to understand project goals target audience and brand messaging
- Manage a project pipeline effectively delivering work on time and within budget
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visuals maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
- Mentor junior designers providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth
- Stay ahead of design trends exploring new techniques and software to enhance the teams skillset and deliver innovative design solutions
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs to achieve maximum visual impact and user engagement
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Oversee the work of freelance designers or vendors if applicable
- Assist with design recruitment efforts
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Canva Figma and other design software
- Strong understanding of design principles typography colour theory branding and design strategy
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
