Job Description
The Video Record & Review Specialist is responsible for reviewing exam videos from various schools with high regard to the exam integrity.
Job Duties:
- Checks and reviews exam records from students coming from different schools
- Reviews and follows the org policies & rules exceptions
- Flags violations which also includes accurate time stamps
- Prioritizes in reviewing prioritized schools based on the client list
- Corrects edits and adds violations when necessary
- Delivers exams right after reviewing them
- Works and communicates effectively with various levels of management
- Ok with Shifting schedule (Specially on Night Shift)
Qualifications for Cebu:
- No BPO experience or 6 month to 1 year BPO experience
- Good Comms/Conversant
- Ok with Shifting schedule (Specially on Night Shift)
