Management of daytoday operations process flow and state of the facility
Management of bluecollar line staff
Ensuring compliance to standards (e.g. service process & output chemical usage quantities)
Contributing to the achievement of company sales targets
Performing technical checks inspections and quality assurance of quick service and detail work
Daily onsite interface and interaction with clients and customers
Updating and corresponding with clients regarding the work on their vehicles
Ensuring topnotch service quality and exceptional customer experience
Preparation of reports and documents related to operations
Handling of Special Projects as assigned & directed (e.g. participation in car shows other events)
Qualifications:
Preferably a college graduate of Business Management Automotive or any similar course
With at least 4 years experience in automotive work or in a related job/industry
General knowledge about automobiles and how they work
Preferably with knowledge in proper auto detailing and carwash (at least basic)
Loves cars or has some affinity with automobiles
With at least 2 years supervisory experience directly handling bluecollar frontline staff
Computerliterate basic Word Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledgeable in basic internet use Email Search Social Media
Proficient in both basic conversational Filipino and English
Skilled in driving (preferably manual and automatic) with valid Drivers License
