Job Description
Workday Integration Developer
Location: Raleigh NC Henrico VA Richmond VA Mclean VA Dallas TX
Relocation: Try to find a local candidate as per the location mentioned above.
Interview: Webcam.
Hybrid
Visa: GreenCard(Only W2) & USC.
*Note: Individual background checks will be performed with onboarding likely at client sites.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The primary purpose of this role is to design build and implement robust solutions.
- This includes analysis design development testing documentation implementation training and support of complex business and enterprise software solutions.
- Designs develops and implements Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM) Finance and Procurement.
- Configures and customizes Workday business processes workflows and integrations to meet specific organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as Officers Directors Managers or Teams to understand their Integration needs.
- Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to leverage enhancements in integration capabilities.
- Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy consistency and confidentiality.
- Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability of report outputs.
- Document integration requirements specifications and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Conducts unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions.
- Design Build Test and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Workday Studio and web services and core connectors.
