Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Implementation Manager to join our team and lead complex ERP implementation projects. This is a remote role with approximately 2030% travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire ERP implementation lifecycle from planning and scoping to execution and golive.
- Manage and mentor a team of ERP consultants providing guidance coaching and support.
- Build strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and ensuring project success.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of ERP systems including architecture functionality and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organizational change and ensure the successful adoption of new systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle developing contingency plans as needed.
- Track project budgets monitor costs and ensure profitability.
- Contribute to the development of longterm ERP strategies and roadmaps.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership and management roles within the IT industry.
- Proven expertise in the implementation and support of a variety of ERP applications.
- Strong background in cloudbased ERP solutions.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to drive business growth.
- Handson experience with financial and accounting systems including general ledger accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.
