Senior ERP Implementation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Implementation Manager to join our team and lead complex ERP implementation projects. This is a remote role with approximately 2030% travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire ERP implementation lifecycle from planning and scoping to execution and golive.
• Manage and mentor a team of ERP consultants providing guidance coaching and support.
• Build strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and ensuring project success.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of ERP systems including architecture functionality and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage organizational change and ensure the successful adoption of new systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle developing contingency plans as needed.
• Track project budgets monitor costs and ensure profitability.
• Contribute to the development of longterm ERP strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in leadership and management roles within the IT industry.
• Proven expertise in the implementation and support of a variety of ERP applications.
• Strong background in cloudbased ERP solutions.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and leveraging technology to drive business growth.
• Handson experience with financial and accounting systems including general ledger accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP is a plus.
