Job Description
Korzen Health is working with HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital Wound Care Center & Hyperbaric Medicine in Port Charlotte FL and Healogics in regards to adding a Physician to the team 1 DAY/WEEK(WEDNESDAY).
We offer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training. You will have a fullteam in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.
Scope of Practice Includes:
Full Team Case Manager Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses Office Manager Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
Team will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Provider will average around 1525 patients per day with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Facility has 4 rooms with a team of 3 nurses and case manager
EMR
1 DAY PER WEEK(WEDNESDAY). No Nights No weekends.
You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Medical Director and Experience Requirements:
- FL State license
- Must be BoardCertified
- DEA License
