We are looking for Software Application Support Specialist to strengthen our team in Helsinki! At Management Events we are committed to delivering toptier software experiences to both our internal teams and global customers.
As a Software Application Support Specialist youll be a key player in ensuring optimal performance and services of our software applications toward internal colleagues and external customers. Youll handle level 1 and level 2 technical support for of the companys software applications.

Your efforts will have a direct impact on the stability performance and user experience of our products we develop for Management Events customers and internal employees.

As Management Events successfully turned the concept virtual now we aim at taking our concept to the next level to capture the opportunities to accelerate our growth! We have operations and operations in the Nordics Benelux DACH and SouthEast Asia employing our staff of 250 employees generating annual revenue of 30M. We serve customer base across the globe via our virtual platform.
About Our Software Development Team
We currently have 25 members. Our designers and many of our developers and testers are from our outsourced partners from different locations of the world. Though efficient our growing business demands increased delivery capacity. We follow Scrum framework to organize our work and aim for delivery of values and continuous improvement as a team.
