Evaluates patients plans and administers patient treatments to improve physical cognitive and emotional conditions by providing therapy to patients utilizing selfcare tasks work skills muscle reeducation therapeutic activities etc. Provides professional care in accordance with APTA standards and Maryland Board of Examiners scope of practice.
Our hospital is a 330licensedbed facility located in Baltimore that offers a full continuum of postacute services to help patients regain function and vitality after a lifealtering illness or injury. Levindale is accredited by the Joint Commission and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities
Must Haves:
- Bachelors or Masters in Physical Therapy
- 13 years experience
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Maryland Physical Therapist License
