Job Title: German Business Developer
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)
Job Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential business opportunities in the German market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of strategies
- Prepare and present reports to management on sales performance goals and forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
- Previous experience in business development sales or a related field (minimum 12 years)
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
