Position Title: HR Intern
Location: Dataran Prima Petaling Jaya
Job Type: Internship (5 days a week)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn detailoriented and possesses strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding process for new employees including preparing orientation materials and conducting followup surveys.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events or training sessions.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with policy development.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team including filing data entry and responding to employee inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
