Job Description

    Job Overview:

    At BayanTech you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the companys organizational culture employee experience and talent development strategies. You will be responsible for HRrelated tasks including recruitment employee engagement performance management and implementing initiatives that align with the companys vision and global operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead endtoend recruitment processes for internal roles.
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent including screening interviewing and onboarding processes.
    • Foster a thriving work culture by implementing engagement and recognition programs.
    • Oversee learning and development programs that support employees personal and professional growth.
    • Manage the companys performance review process including goalsetting evaluations and feedback.
    • Work with managers to develop performance improvement strategies for underperforming employees.
    • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the organizations goals and values.
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to enhance workplace culture.
    • Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
    • Design and implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
    • Manage performance evaluation processes and provide guidance on performance management.
    • Ensure compliance with HR policies procedures and legal regulations.
    • Analyze HR metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and inform decisionmaking.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
    • 36 years of experience in an HR or people management role.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices employee relations and performance management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced multicultural environment.
    • Fluency in English is required.
    • Proficiency in HR software and tools with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
