Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fulltime)

Company: Outscal
Location: Jhandewalan Central Delhi (Onsite)
Department: Business Development
Working Days: 6 days a week

Our mission is to empower gaming industry professionals by investing in talent and connecting them with opportunities to succeed. We have successfully upskilled and placed hundreds of professionals in over 200 companies including industry giants like Ubisoft and Mobile Premier League.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills excellent communication abilities and a passion for the gaming industry. This role involves initiating conversations with potential customers identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Outscals offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Initiate telephonic conversations with potential candidates interested in Outscals programs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to drive sales.
  • Needs Analysis: Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized solutions effectively.
  • FollowUp Coordination: Manage pre and postsales followups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Sales Techniques: Familiarity with sales processes and techniques for identifying customer needs.

Desired Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with technical terminology related to the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing sales activities.
  • Proactive Attitude: Selfmotivated with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Probation Period (First 3 Months):(fixed) 120000 (incentives).
  • PostProbation Salary: Up to 450000 (fixed) uncapped incentives.
