Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Genesys Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance for Genesys contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of handson experience working as a Genesys Support Technician with strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud PureConnect or Engage.
Primary Skills:
- Genesys Cloud PureConnect Engage
- IVR Call Routing SIP VoIP
- System troubleshooting and issue resolution.
