Job Description
Spryng is an ambitious and accessible company founded in 2006 and based in the heart of Amsterdam. As an SMS provider for the business market we provide our services worldwide to companies in all possible sectors enabling them to reach their customers easily and efficiently. SMS That may not sound very sexy but dont swipe left on us yet.
Because we dont just sell SMS we sell a solution to communication challenges. Our clients (from KLM and DHL to the bicycle repair shop on the corner) experience process optimisation cost and time savings and even an increase in turnover by using our services. Think of delivery updates for your packages a reminder for your doctors visit or a verification code to securely log into your banking apps.
Tasks
- Interns at Spryng are integral team members not just coffee makers or copy makers.
- Gain handson experience in Sales Support and Marketing for the German team.
- Engage with potential customers through calls and emails addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Provide support to DACH customers via chat telephone and email.
- Assist in marketing efforts to enhance Spryngs global presence and online visibility.
- Participate actively in meetings training and brainstorming sessions.
- Learn about Human Resource Management by independently managing intern recruitment.
Requirements
- You are a student and enrolled at a university and have a valid work authorization for the EU
- You are studying a relevant Bachelors in Sales Management Marketing or related
- You are a fluent in the German language
- You have good English skills additional languages are a plus (French Dutch) but not a must
- You are proactive and willing to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Being familiar with digital marketing tools social media platforms and CRM systems is a plus.
