Role Overview: Were looking for a full time freelance L2 Tech Support to ensure the smooth operation of our Loyalty PWA by resolving complex technical issues and optimizing system performance. Youll work closely with engineering and product teams to drive improvements and create clear technical documentation and training materials to empower our teams and clients. We have an office in HCMC. This can be a remote position in VN but we prefer candidates who can join the team occasionally in the office.

Responsibilities
- Provide Advanced Technical Support: Handle complex technical issues for our Loyalty PWA ensuring smooth client operations.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve critical issues conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Testing and Debugging: Apply rigorous testing to identify reproduce and resolve issues ensuring fixes are thoroughly tested.
- System Management: Oversee setup configuration and optimization of the Loyalty PWA for performance and scalability.
- System Monitoring: Continuously monitor and enhance system performance focusing on AIdriven features like image recognition.
- Collaboration: Liaise with product and technology teams to provide feedback and contribute to new feature development.
- Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation and train internal teams and clients.
