Tasks

• Provide technical support and guidance for clients across multiple sectors ensuring efficient resolution of ITrelated issues.

• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of data center operations unified collaboration tools and wireless communication systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure data communications and wireless technologies.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
