Tasks
- Provide technical support and guidance for clients across multiple sectors ensuring efficient resolution of ITrelated issues.
- Collaborate with service partners and internal engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs enhancing their technological capabilities.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of data center operations unified collaboration tools and wireless communication systems.
- Coordinate global rollouts and manage forward stocking locations to streamline international shipping and logistics processes.
- Ensure adherence to company values such as reliability teamwork and mutual respect while maintaining high standards of performance and social responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure data communications and wireless technologies.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven experience with digital transformation initiatives and an ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
