Customer Support Agent (Dutch English) Car Rental Project
Remote Role Starting October 25th 2024
Cross Border Talents in partnership with a wellknown BPO company is looking for enthusiastic Dutch and English speakers to join a dynamic team for an online travel agency car rental project. This fully remote position offers the chance to deliver exceptional customer service from the comfort of your own home while supporting clients in the fastpaced world of car rentals.
What We Offer
- Remote Work: Start remotely as long as you apply before October 10th 2024.
- Competitive Salary: 1500EUR x 14 salaries per year (12 monthly payments 1 at Easter Summer and Christmas).
- Working Hours rotative 40 hours a week:
- MonFri: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- SatSun: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- Private Health & Life Insurance
- Performance Bonus (details to be confirmed)
- 25 Days Annual Leave
- 50 Meal EUR Voucher per month
Your Role
- Provide toptier customer support to clients using our car rental services
- Assist with inquiries reservations and troubleshooting
- Maintain highperformance levels supported by fast internet (minimum 25Mbps speed required)
Remote Work Requirements
- Desktop equipment provided
- Applicants must reside and work from the declared location within Greece (unless exceptional permission is granted by management)
What You Need
- Dutch (C1) English (B2) proficiency
- Valid EU citizenship or a residence card
- Ability to maintain consistent internet speeds for smooth performance
