Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

.

Participate in the preparation of the company's general sales policies and work to implement them.

.

Preparing the estimated sales budget for the branch, its detailed programs and forecasting its size.

.

Participate in the coordination between the company's storage and sales policies and provide feedback on products.

.

Study the means of promoting products and work to solve the difficulties and problems they face.

.

Participate in the study of the market, methods of distribution, the position of competitors and find new customers.

.

Monitor the implementation of all the company's regulations and regulations related to sale and distribution.

.

Supervising the study and analysis of the reasons for the deviation of actual sales from the estimated ones related to the branch.

.

Supervising his direct reports and working to develop their skills and determine their training needs.

.

Supervising the preparation of reports, statistics and data related to sale, storage, advertising and competition.

.

Visiting customers and working to strengthen the company's relationship with them and research and solve their problems and complaints to reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

.

Follow up the work in the branch, agencies and private markets, and follow up the collection situation.

.

Work to open new markets within the scope of its branch, activate sales operations, and provide suggestions and means necessary to develop the business.

.

Holding meetings with district officials and supervisors to discuss performance obstacles, remove them and motivate them to achieve maximum performance.

  • Train employees and evaluate their performances.
  • Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
  • Prepare reports on sales.
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Liaise with other branches to share strategies.
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Meeting planned sales goals.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promoting the organization and products.
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Desired candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication to providing great customer service.
  • Ability to lead a sales team.

    Experience in branch management / ability to achieve sales and production targets / organizational skills / leadership skills and human resource management / results targeting / flexibility / effective communication / leadership / negotiation / people management / decision making / time management / follow-up / effective communication

    7-10 years of experience in the field of sales is required, preferably in the food industry
