Tasks
Your Commitment will include
- Drive the expansion and optimization of the software landscape including the introduction of new software and adaptation of existing software architectures to meet current needs.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary and geographically distributed team to facilitate the implementation of strategic IT projects.
- Build and maintain a network to understand processes and requirements providing creative suggestions within the broader context of projects.
- You coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure timely and scopecompliant project implementation.
- Maintain existing systems and resolve complex issues in Level 2 support.
Requirements
Achieving the difference requires
- You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- You bring proven experience in a similar role with proficiency in using ERP systems.
- You are familiar with expanding and optimizing software landscapes as well as adapting software architectures.
- You have experience in Level 2 support and troubleshooting.
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and present consultative solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform/Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluency in German is required; additional languages such as English are beneficial.
