Unsere Kunden sind Bibliotheken und Informationseinrichtungen von Universitten Forschungseinrichtungen Krankenhuser und Unternehmen weltweit. Wir sind ein familiengefhrtes international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen und sind seit ber 77 Jahren auf dem Markt.
Tasks
- First contact for publishers from the Benelux region
- Communication with publishers in Dutch and/or English via phone and email
- Solutionoriented collaboration with our European offices and teams in the USA
- Handling inquiries regarding orders invoices account statements and payments
- Resolving complex complaints related to magazine subscriptions (print and digital)
Requirements
- Completed qualification ideally in the commercial or library sector
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with databases is a plus
- High motivation to learn new systems
- Initiative solutionoriented mindset and quick comprehension
- Accurate and reliable work with a good understanding of numbers
- Very good Dutch language skills as well as good German and English skills both spoken and written
