Tasks
- Handle customer support cases related to products applications and vehiclebased inquiries through email and live chat.
- Provide support in both written English and Lithuanian.
- Deliver timely and accurate feedback to relevant teams to enhance processes and prevent recurring issues.
- Respond to clients comments and app reviews on platforms such as Amazon eBay Google Play Store App Store Trustpilot etc.
- Manage social media requests and direct messages on platforms like Facebook Instagram and TikTok.
- Understand customer needs and business contexts to provide outstanding support and ensure excellent satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience providing support to clients via email live chat and similar platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage your own processes.
- Strong ownership of all related processes regarding customer support.
