Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Team Lead for our client who will have a unique opportunity to create an outstanding customer experience process and build her/his own team!
We are happy to be able to serve some of the biggest names in the laser industry who trust us to meet their demanding standards and requirements.
Your mission will be to support them in the best way possible!
What you will do:
- Build your own Customer Support team which will ensure a highquality customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers (B2B) manage their questions resolve problems and ensure their satisfaction by providing quality service
- Collaborate with other teams initiate internal projects and changes that arise from customer feedback
- Prioritize work for team members assign tasks and lead by example
- Audit customer support procedures and trends determine constant improvements
We expect that you have
- 2 years of customer support experience
- proven experience in a leadership role within the customer support domain
- strong customerfirst and solutionoriented mindset
- stakeholders management skills
- excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- cando attitude
