Job Title: Digital Project Manager LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 2200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 9:00 AM 5:00 PM EST

Client Overview:
Sagan represents a dynamic company looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team and help them grow their YouTube presence. The primary focus will be on video editing but having some level of graphic design skills to create supporting graphics for videos or blog content is a significant plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Were seeking a positive driven and strategic Digital Project Manager with experience delivering results for modern elevated brands. This remote opportunity involves working closely with a team of Strategists Copywriters Designers and Account Coordinators to oversee digital projects from conception to completion ensuring they meet client expectations and deadlines.
The ideal candidate for the Digital Project Manager role is a proactive selfstarter with a passion for digital marketing and DTC brands. They should possess excellent project management skills be highly detailoriented and have strong English communication abilities. Experience in an agency environment and familiarity with tools like Basecamp Notion and marketing platforms is highly desirable. The candidate should be coachable energetic and adept at managing client relationships and leading project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop comprehensive project plans that align client requirements with company goals.
- Monitor project progress continuously providing detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
- Proactively communicate with team members to identify problems create solutions and implement efficiency improvements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand and meet project requirements.
- Act as a client advocate ensuring expectations are clearly understood and met.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project status and address any issues or changes.
Team Coordination:
- Lead project teams ensuring effective collaboration among team members.
- Allocate project tasks based on individual strengths and experience levels.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status and key milestones.
Resource Management:
- Manage project resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Track and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.
- Implement best practices and standards for project management to ensure quality delivery.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an agency environment handling multiple clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Basecamp Notion and marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive.
- Strong English skills capable of handling client calls seamlessly.
- Attributes: Smart coachable energetic and extremely detailoriented.
