We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and manage the flow of visitors.
- Provide information about the company and its services to clients and guests.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry filing and managing correspondence.
- Assist with other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
