Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 19:00 Saturday 10:00 18:00
Salary: 1050 EUR per 14 months
Performance Bonus: 10% based on performance extra sales bonus

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and emails
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal and customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies

Additional Responsibilities:

• Conduct crossselling activities alongside customer service tasks

Work Environment:

• Initial 6 weeks working from the office followed by a possible hybrid model based on performance
