Position: Sample Incharge

• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and techniques
  
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
  
• Ability to manage and coordinate a team of production workers
  
• Proficiency in quality control and ensuring product standards are met
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the textile industry
  
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
  
• Ability to analyze and interpret production data for process improvement
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
