Job Description
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate a team of production workers
- Proficiency in quality control and ensuring product standards are met
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the textile industry
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret production data for process improvement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
