Job Description:
- Verifying documents received from client coordinators and ensuring all documents are received
- Working with client coordinators to answer any questions about documents
- Preparing jobs based on the documents
- Maintaining job records
- Uploading documents on ESanchit
- Developing document control systems for filing referencing and tracking documents
- Monitoring changes in regulations and implementing necessary changes in the document control system
- Leading a team: Leading a team of professionals for efficient document control
