Java Developer
Overview
The Java Developer is a vital position within our organization responsible for designing implementing and maintaining complex software systems. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable Java applications.
- Implement and maintain APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements.
- Conduct software analysis code reviews and debugging.
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Utilize version control systems for code management.
- Create and execute unit and integration tests.
- Ensure application security and data protection.
- Research and evaluate new technologies for integration.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Java development.
- Proficient in Java frameworks primarily Spring.
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles.
- Experience with RESTful API development.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Experience with database technologies (SQL NoSQL).
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
