Job Description
The Engineering Manager will lead and coordinate engineering projects overseeing the design of actuation systems and positioning sensors. This role involves strategic planning product design quality assurance and problemsolving.
What you should have:
- Plan and organize engineering programs assigning team members to various project phases.
- Review product designs for compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate technical development scheduling and resolve design and testing challenges.
- Implement procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage product design from concept to execution including the bill of materials.
- Prepare project reports and manage the engineering budget.
- Some travel may be required.
What you need to have:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 815 years of experience.
- Prefer someone from Aerospace or Defense industry.
- Strong technical skills in engineering management and leadership to lead a small team.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing environments and design project management
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
