Minimum 12 yrs years expertise. Development expertise in ITSM and participation in integration and migrations projects.

Experience with ServiceNow issues analysis and fixing for ITSM modules.

Demonstrate indepth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration configuration customization upgrade and patching.

Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow engineers providing guidance technical expertise and fostering a collaborative work environment.
