Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patientcentered highquality primary care with an emphasis on preventive health.
• Conduct and interpret preventive screenings relevant to geriatric patients.
• Address both the medical and social needs of patients including those with comorbid conditions the elderly and medically underserved populations.
• Perform inoffice medical procedures such as suturing joint injections skin biopsies and wound care.
• Lead care teams with a focus on patientcentric care.

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
• Proficiency in performing common inoffice medical procedures such as suturing joint injections skin biopsies and wound care.
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics is welcome but not required.
• A commitment to providing comprehensive compassionate care to medically underserved populations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
