Job Title: American Sign Language Interpreter
Location: Athens GA
Hours: PartTime
Our Organization is seeking a skilled and professional ASL Interpreter!
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a talented and committed Sign Language Interpreter to become a key member of our team in North Georgia. In this role you will be essential in bridging communication between deaf or hardofhearing students and their teachers classmates and the broader school community. The right candidate will be fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) and have a deep understanding of the unique educational needs of students with hearing impairments. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of students.
Brief Overview:
- Uphold the highest level of professionalism adhering to professional standards and ethics while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborate closely with teachers students and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive educational environment.
- Showcase your exceptional sign language interpretation skills facilitating effective communication for individuals in various settings.
Requirements
EIPA score of 3.5 or higher.
Proficient in American Sign Language (ASL)
PEL endorsed in Educational Sign Language Interpretation.
