Job Scope
Attend to customers inquiry
Prepare and process Air Export booking request
Arrange for collection of cargo at customers premise
Provide booking confirmation and flight details to customers
Mange customers expectations and complaints
Correspond with overseas offices on shipment status and inquiries
Verify invoices from vendor
Prepare customers report
Requirement
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to converse in English for handling Englishspeaking clients through email and phone
Must possess a sense of urgency and responsibility in work
Outgoing personality
Willing to learn with good attitude
Prior work experience in this industry is not required but will be an advantage
