As a Desktop Support Engineer L2 youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organizations technology infrastructure. Youll be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and maintaining our desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and problemsolving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware software and applications.
  
• Technical support: Provide expert assistance to users ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to be productive.
  
• Network maintenance: Monitor and maintain network connectivity ensuring optimal performance and security.
  
• Equipment management: Install configure and maintain desktop computers laptops printers and other devices.
  
• Project involvement: Contribute to technology projects helping to implement new systems and processes.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
  
• 12 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
