As a Desktop Support Engineer L2 youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organizations technology infrastructure. Youll be responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting issues and maintaining our desktop and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and problemsolving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware software and applications.
- Technical support: Provide expert assistance to users ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to be productive.
- Network maintenance: Monitor and maintain network connectivity ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Equipment management: Install configure and maintain desktop computers laptops printers and other devices.
- Project involvement: Contribute to technology projects helping to implement new systems and processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
- 12 years of experience in Windows Desktop support.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
