M&A Intern Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible. The internship will be a fulltime position for a duration of 6 months based in Paris France. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
Below is the detailed job description for this position:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of live mandates (both buyside and sellside) providing strong client exposure. Responsibilities include preparing information memorandums management presentations financial analysis financial modeling valuations and managing the data room.
- Deal sourcing: Preparation of market strategic and competitive analysis as well as industry screening for the identification of potential targets/buyers financial valuations etc.
Profil
Key Qualifications:
- Fluency in English Chinese and French is required.
- Previous experience(s) in dealoriented working environments such as investment banking strategy consulting private equity or transaction services at reputable firms.
- Effective writing and organizational skills are critical attention to detail flexibility and positive thinking.
- Capable of working autonomously with a combination of analytical skills and a solutionoriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure where you are held accountable for the quality and time management of your work.
