Job Description

SUMMARY

The M&A Project Manager will be responsible for aiding decision making in all aspects of M&A projects including valuations and due diligence work streams. As such the role requires a sharp analytical mind a cando attitude attention to details and a strong commitment. In this role s/he will grow his/her skills in strategic thinking crossteam coordination industry and financial analysis.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES

  • Participate to all aspects of deal evaluation including financial analysis valuation exercise due diligence transaction documentation internal approvals process;
  • Provide value added financial guidance in support of deal advancement by way of research and financial analysis (notably valuation model; synergies assessment);
  • Collaborate with other teams to synthesize industry/segment dynamics and all aspects of the business case development (strategic rationale financial analyses) and support execution (e.g. due diligence approvals process documentation);
  • Coordinate with counterparties advisors and investment partners;
  • Summarize relevant current events critical issues and relevant news to all stakeholders in a transaction;
  • Working closely with members of the team on deals including senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Master/MBA caliber individual;
  • Fluent English;
  • 25 years of work experience in M&A corporate finance corporate development or strategy;
  • Experience managing the daytoday execution of different types of M&A processes;
  • Indepth experience modeling acquisitions divestitures joint ventures strategic analysis scenarios / sensitivities and synergy analyses;
  • Knowledge of corporate finance securities financial markets and accounting;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills; Expert in Excel and PowerPoint.
