Job Description

Fulcrum Digital is an agile and nextgeneration digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries including banking & financial services insurance retail higher education food healthcare and manufacturing.
The Role
- Requirements Capture includes working with Stakeholder Groups and Working Groups to capture functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Process and activity flow mapping includes Functional & Nonfunctional Epics/Stories mapped to Macro Level Journeys
- Working as a proxy Product Owner to create Product Backlog review and ensure backlog is up to date and risks and concerns are prioritized.
- Backlog creation and maintenance
- Defining the Acceptance Criteria for all User Stories
- Working with the Product Manager to define the highlevel scope & goals for each Sprint.
- Stakeholder workshops including Product Manager/Architects/Scrum Team/ business operations to understand business and technical needs required to support service being designed.
- Documentation of business processes and manuals
Requirements
- Payment domain knowledge / experience would be added advantage
- Good understanding of ISO20022 message standard for card payment APACS and ISO8583
- Experience in building a payment gateway
- Demonstrated knowledge of web standards micro services and APIs
- The ability to understand business needs and technical constraints
- Experience in managing multiclient relationships
- REST API JSON YAML SWAGGER
