Duties & Responsibilities:
Is a role for developing and executing marketing strategies manages marketing campaigns oversees social media and enhances customer engagement to strengthen the company s brand and visibility.
Brand Strategy Execution
- Assist in developing programs that highlight our sustainability advocacy focusing on reducing global food waste
- Work with the teams to engage customers and promote sustainability as a core brand value.
Drive Brand Awareness & Sales
- Execute innovative marketing campaigns that highlight our brands commitment to food quality and boost sales.
- Participate in local events that resonate with our target audience to increase brand awareness.
- Assist in designing engaging signage and promotional materials to enhance customer experiences and encourage trials.
- Promote new outlet openings driving community interest and engagement.
- Build relationships with media and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand exposure.
- Help execute digital marketing strategies including social media content creation and SEO efforts.
- Drive brand presence on delivery platforms through targeted promotions and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with local outlets to create tailored marketing proposals that resonate with their communities.
Customer Insight Gathering
- Implement mystery shopper programs to gather valuable insights on customer experiences and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner to maintain high service standards.
Customer Database & Loyalty Support
- Help expand the customer database and develop strategies to increase visit frequency.
Others
- Other responsibilities as delegated in accordance with business requirements
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Must have more than 1 year working experiences as a Marketing Executive preferably in the F&B industry or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent time management skills with high level of attention to details
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Easily adaptable to multitasking and fastpaced environment.
