Job Description
Location: Mansfield MA
Salary: Ranging from 90000USD to 115000USD annual
Responsibilities:
- Ensure product quality on the production floor.
- Train and support operators and quality inspectors.
- Check materials equipment and products to meet quality standards.
- Monitor quality during production runs.
- Work with production managers to improve quality controls.
- Quickly solve any production quality issues.
- Ensure processes and products follow safety and quality rules.
- Create and apply fixes for quality problems found during production.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
- 35 years of quality engineering experience in the plastics industry.
- Must have production floor experience.
- ASQ certification is a bonus.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Good at analyzing and solving problems.
- Comfortable working in a loud busy environment with PPE and temperature changes.
