Job Description
Open Position: Health Operations Admin Executive (MNC Company)
An MNC company is currently hiring a Health Operations Admin Executive to come and join them in the Kuala Lumpur company.
- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in any related fields.
- Have prior working experience in administrative line.
- Demonstrate strong communication and problemsolving skills to handle diverse sales aftersales and administrative tasks promptly accurately and professionally.
- Manage private confidential client documents ensuring compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of policyholders health insurance documents ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and customerfocused approach to handling inquiries and concerns.
- Proficient in English for both writing and speaking but also are able to read or speak in Chinese Language.
- Open to fresh graduates and those who immediately available.
