Job Summary:
As the Manager Demand Generation you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness engagement and lead generation. You will work closely with sales content and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and deliver measurable results. This role requires a strong mix of analytical thinking creativity and handson execution to accelerate the pipeline and support the companys growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement demand generation strategies that drive leads and sales opportunities through various channels including email social media SEO PPC and content marketing.
- Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and meet revenue goals.
- Lead Nurturing: Design and manage lead nurturing programs that convert prospects into leads and leads into customers through targeted content and messaging.
- Collaboration with Sales: Partner with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification conversion strategies and reporting.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data providing actionable insights and optimization strategies to improve ROI. Develop detailed reports on KPIs such as lead conversion rates cost per lead and ROI.
- Marketing Automation: Oversee the implementation and use of marketing automation tools to manage campaigns and segment audiences effectively.
- SEO & SEM: Lead search engine optimization and paid search marketing efforts to ensure visibility and traffic generation.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging materials (blogs whitepapers webinars etc.) that attract and convert leads.
- Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs preferences and buying behaviors and use the findings to influence marketing strategies.
- Innovative Thinking: Stay up to date with industry trends and implement innovative marketing tactics to stay ahead of competitors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in demand generation B2B marketing or digital marketing. Experience in SaaS or technologybased companies is highly preferred.
- Marketing Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- DataDriven: Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis reporting tools and lead tracking.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
- SEO/SEM Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO best practices and SEM tactics for paid search campaigns.
- Creativity: Ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative approaches to attract nurture and convert leads.
- Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams and managing crossdepartmental collaboration.
