Requirements
We are seeking a skilled JDE Finance Consultant with 6 to 12 years of experience in implementation and support projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of JDE Finance applications and possess strong analytical and problemsolving skills. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting various JDE Finance modules collaborating with clients on business process enhancements and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
JDE Finance Implementation and Support:
- Participate as a team member in the implementation and support of JDE Finance applications including Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Assets (FA) within a multicurrency environment.
- Ensure smooth transitions and support for finance applications postimplementation.

AAIs and DMAAIs Expertise:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Automatic Accounting Instructions (AAIs) and Distribution & Manufacturing AAIs (DMAAIs) ensuring accurate financial processing.
- Apply knowledge of product costing and manufacturing accounting as needed.

Integration Processes:
- Understand and manage integration processes with payables and receivables to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement effective integration solutions.

Data Conversions and Interface Design:
- Independently handle data conversions and design interfaces between JDE Finance applications and other systems.
- Ensure data integrity and alignment with business requirements throughout the conversion process.

Business Process Design and Configuration:
- Lead key design and build activities including gathering and documenting business requirements conducting fitgap analysis and developing asis and tobe business process designs.
- Drive design workshops conference room pilots (CRPs) and oversee functional design configuration and testing activities.

Client Engagement:
- Collaborate with clients to enhance their business processes providing expert guidance and recommendations based on best practices.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

Workstream Leadership:
- Experience leading entire workstreams providing direction and oversight to team members to achieve project objectives.
- Facilitate project meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and accountability.

Industry Sector Expertise:
- Possess process expertise in at least one industry sector contributing to the overall success of the project by leveraging industryspecific knowledge.
- Engage with North American clients and adapt solutions to meet regional business practices.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in JDE Finance with a strong focus on implementation and support projects.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience implementing JDE Finance application suites including AP AR GL and FA in multicurrency environments.
- Strong knowledge of AAIs and DMAAIs; familiarity with product costing and manufacturing accounting is a plus.
- Experience in the integration process with payables and receivables.
- Proven ability to work independently on data conversions and interface design.
- Demonstrated experience in key design and build activities such as requirement gathering fitgap analysis and process design.
- Experience working with North American clients is advantageous.
- Exposure to onsiteoffshore models is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Experience leading workstreams is a plus.
