Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager HR & Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and payroll processes related to client operations. The role involves effective communication with clients addressing their grievances and overseeing the establishment processes without direct involvement in inhouse payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and manage the HR and compliance team ensuring smooth operations and high performance.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients building strong relationships and providing support on compliancerelated matters.
Client Grievance Handling: Address and resolve client grievances efficiently ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and standards related to client operations.
Payroll Establishment Processes: Oversee the establishment of client payroll processes ensuring accuracy and adherence to compliance requirements.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client compliance and statutory requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in HR compliance payroll or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of statutory requirements and payroll processes specifically in client payroll management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Age: 3040 years.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
