Job Description
Associate Professor-Cyber Security/AIML/AIDS/CSE needed for University in Kopargaon, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra Associate Professor Requirements: BE/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech-Cyber Security/AIML/AIDS/CSE, Ph.D. +3 years of experience in the relevant discipline / cadre approval in any recognized university Extensive experience teaching in an academic setting between 8 to 15 years or Equivalent industrial experience with ability to train students in academic environment Key Responsibilities : Teaching and supervising undergraduate and graduate Students. Developing and delivering course material, curriculum and syllabus Assisting with the training and recruitment of new lecturers, teaching assistants, and Professors. To assist in academic administrative responsibilities required for various accreditation bodies across the year Conducting research, publishing papers, and attending conferences. Attending academic events and networking with other researchers and field experts. Supervising, advising, and mentoring teaching assistants and graduate students. Participating in faculty and departmental meetings. Shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting students for graduate programs. Organizing guest seminars and faculty events where students can interact with established industry professionals. Ready to travel at other higher education settings to gain experience and expand networks. Writing proposals to secure research funding. Skills and Competencies: Proven academic, research / consultancy prowess Willingness to engage with a range of professionals and students A professional attitude, great work ethics Strong analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills Expertise in either of these with basic ability in others research, consultancy, patent/product development Willingness to lead new initiatives across the institute Salary Range : 1,00,000 to 1,50,000 per month (Based on the interview and previous salary)
