Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team as a contractor at a clients headquarters in Dublin 3.
This contractor role requires expertise in imaging machines configuring desktops and phones and providing firstlevel support for ITrelated queries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation of the offices IT systems and delivering highquality technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Imaging Machines: Prepare and configure new desktop/laptop setups for employees ensuring all required software is installed.
- Desktop and Phone Configurations: Handle installation and setup of desktop hardware software and companyissued phones.
- Technical Support: Take and resolve IT support calls troubleshoot issues with desktops software and phone systems.
- User Assistance: Provide immediate assistance for any ITrelated issues faced by employees maintaining a professional and customerfocused approach.
- Hardware Setup & Maintenance: Ensure all IT hardware is functioning correctly diagnosing and repairing any hardware issues.
- Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory of IT equipment ensuring sufficient stock for daytoday operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in imaging and configuring desktops/laptops.
- Experience with phone system setup and management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an onsite environment.

- Contractor position based in Dublin 3.
- Fulltime onsite role.
