Since 2013 AlediumHR has been a leader in healthcare recruitment. Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fastpaced healthcare environment Were seeking a dedicated Clinical Laboratory Manager to oversee operations and ensure excellence in one of the most vital areas of our healthcare system.
As a Laboratory Manager you will be at the forefront of innovation managing the daytoday operations while shaping the future of our laboratory services. Youll develop strategies maintain budgets and ensure you meet the highest standards of compliance with all regulations including TJC CAP and local state and federal guidelines.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and coordinate all activities within your designated areas of responsibility driving efficiency and excellence.
- Develop implement and apply departmental policies to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage operational and capital budgets ensuring our lab is equipped for success.
- Play a key role in longterm planning for equipment personnel and strategic growth.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable accreditation and regulatory bodies.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from $95000 to $124000 (plus bonus opportunities).

What Youll Bring:
- A Bachelors Degree and a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license.
- At least 5 years of laboratory experience with deep knowledge of medical technology theory and practice.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience leading teams to success.
- Strong proficiency in PC and LIS applications.
