Job Description

We are working with an AI platform provider and as part of their continued growth NodeFlair has been engaged to search for Technical Account Manager in Singapore to drive alignment across programs and oversee the customer journey from onboarding to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with system integrators and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Project Management: Oversee AI and platform installation projects including technical integration and system setups.
  • Technical Expertise: Guide customers on best practices for platform installations ensuring smooth operation of AI models and data pipelines.
  • Business Acumen: Communicate the technical and business value of platforms to customer stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Monitor satisfaction manage escalations and resolve platform performance issues.
  • Platform Delivery: Ensure timely installation of AI platforms coordinating with engineers and system integrators.
  • Leadership: Lead presales efforts for key projects and manage KPIs related to platform performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years in managing technical platform delivery and stakeholder relationships.
  • Skills: Strong project management communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of data science concepts AI technologies and program management principles.
