Location: VI Lagos willingness to work at both the Island and Mainland branches with rotational duties.

Job Objective/Purpose: The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for the daytoday operations of the spa. This role involves implementing and maintaining procedures to ensure the highest standards efficiencies and professional operations within the spa. The manager will create a culture of care service delivery and excellence.
The ideal candidate should be techsavvy a people person and possess strong client service experience. Both genders are encouraged to apply although there is a preference for female candidates.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Spa Operations Overview:
Ensure smooth daytoday operations of every spa location.
Liaise with training and standards teams to set operational standards across all locations.
Oversee all departments including housekeeping customer service nail technicians admin & inventory therapists and facilities.
Analyze trends and metrics related to spa operations.
Actively grow revenue and profit lines by ensuring efficient use of supplies and creating incentives and loyalty programs.
Collaborate with the management accountant to control costs adhere to budgeting guidelines and maximize sales.
Submit daily/weekly detailed operations reports.
Drive maximum room occupancy and therapist utilization with the help of the onground CSR supervisor.
Ensure topnotch inventory management and appropriate operations scheduling.
2. Compliance Across All Locations:
Create and maintain a productive work environment by establishing retail goals and guiding the team on achieving them.
Conduct weekly visits to each location to ensure sanitation health and safety standards are maintained.
Submit weekly compliance reports to management.
3. Client Management:
Ensure all clients and guests have the best experience and leave refreshed and rejuvenated.
Education/Professional Qualification
BA or BSc in Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
Basic understanding of the services offered.
Experience
At least 3 years of work experience as a Spa Manager or Operations Officer with solid knowledge of spa operations.
Experience with admin and facility management.
