Roles and responsibilities

As a key member of our finance team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records through the execution of end-of-month closing procedures. Your collaborative efforts will be crucial in supporting compliance with government reporting requirements, statutory financial statements, and tax filings, including sales tax.

In addition, you will assist during corporate audits, providing necessary documentation and support to facilitate a smooth audit process. Your contributions will extend to internal reports and reconciliations, ensuring that all financial data is reliable and accessible.

As our company continues to scale, you will also assist in improving, developing, documenting, and implementing accounting and finance-related policies and procedures. Your insights and initiatives will help streamline our operations and enhance overall efficiency. Desired candidate profile

Job Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who are at least part-qualified accountants, with a minimum of two years of bookkeeping experience. Preference will be given to those who have worked in tech companies, as this experience will be invaluable in understanding our unique financial landscape.

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication within our team and with external stakeholders. Additionally, familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Priority, or similar platforms is required. Your proficiency with these systems will be vital in managing our financial data efficiently.
